Belly Dancing in Enfield, Cheshunt, Potters Bar & Waltham Abbey
A fab, fun way to excercise & tone
Always wanted to try belly dancing but wasn't quite sure what to expect or where to go. Well you have found the perfect place to find out more. My name is Samantha, I have been belly dancing since 2000 and teaching since 2003. I trained as a teacher with the JWAAD (Josephine Wise Academy of Arabic Dance) and have trained as a dancer with the top teachers & dancer from the UK and Cairo such as Josephine Wise, Randa Kamal, Raqia Hassan, Aida Nour, Galit Mersand, Yvette Cowles, Kay Taylor, Margarette Krause to name but a few. .
Samantha's classes are welcoming, up beat and fun, and are attended by ladies of all ages, shapes and abilities. She combine traditional Egyptian dance with modern & fusion so there is something for all. The only problem is you may find your self becoming addicted to the sensual exotic moves and music of the middle east. Not to mention the wonderful sparkly fab outfits we can dress up in - what more could a girl want.
Bellydance is great for the body & mind. Bellydance is a great way to tone, burn calories and mobilise all your joints so help with those aches and pains. Don’t let things get you down, come along to class and shimmy your stress away. When dancing, your body produces is own natural happy drug which can lift your spirits.
Samantha is a professional dancer and has danced at events such as the Bellydance Congress, Fantasia. Samantha is also available to dance at private event such as weddings, restaurants and parties.
As well as teaching classes, one to one lessons & workshops, Samantha hold's hafla's & shows twice a year. Also I am now arranging children's belly dancing parties and hen parties. For more information click on the buttons to your left.
